Food
The Food you feed your animal is one of the most important things. My reccomendation is Hills Science Diet. I completely trust their food. They don't use dyes that can be harmful for your pet and their food promotes overall health and wellness.

The also have a perscription diet that I am shocked by. I have literally seen that food save animals lives. Its amazing. They have food for anything such as obesity, weight management, crystals in urine, kidney problems, heart problems... The list goes on and on. You wouldn't belive what this food is doing for animals.

Urinating in unwanted areas
If your pet is uninating all over and you don't know why, your best bet is to get a urine sample and bring it to your vet. They may have crystals or a UTI. And if they don't, then you know to try to manage the behavioral problem. In the case that they do have crystals or a UTI, your vet can put them on antibiotic, and, if they carry it, the correct Hills Science Diet perscription diet food.
